Gareth Kohlhausen

Gareth is the Director of Leasing for Z3 Real Estate. In this role, he is responsible for all leasing efforts and previously assisted in Property Management. Gareth is a licensed sales agent that specializes in landlord lease negotiations. Gareth’s goal is to help his clients create the most value for their investments. Prior to Z3, Gareth spent five years as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini, where he sold and implemented SAP software for clients across the globe. Gareth earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Trinity University in San Antonio. He is a native Houstonian and enjoys golfing, pickleball, and spending time with his wife and two children.
