Alex Dagel

Alex joined Z3 in 2021 and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2013. He has a marketing and sales background prior to commercial real estate. Alex is an Austin native who spends his free time golfing, attending live music, relaxing with family and friends, and dominating fantasy football.

Ashlee Lucas

Ashlee was born and raised in Central Texas and moved to Austin in 2013, where she began her career in property management with a local nonprofit. In that role, she oversaw 50 retail shopping center locations across Central Texas and led 17 ground-up, build-to-suit shopping center developments. Ashlee is known for building scalable systems that support growth — creating and implementing new processes and departments to strengthen operations and improve service delivery. She also managed capital projects, streamlined maintenance workflows, and played a key role in shaping facilities strategy. Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys being outdoors, live music, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Brandon Long

Brandon joined Z3 Real Estate in 2021 and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas. Originally from Miami, Florida, Brandon relocated to Austin in 2008 and completed his education at Anderson High School before earning his degree from the University of Texas at Austin. After spending nearly four years in property management, Brandon transitioned into brokerage and business development in February 2025. He now focuses on leasing and cultivating client relationships throughout Central Texas. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys staying active through fitness and golf, catching live music, watching football, and spending time with friends.

Brian Jacks

Brian joined Z3 in 2014 and currently leads the company as President, guiding strategic growth and supporting its operational teams. A Central Texas native and graduate of Texas State University, he has developed deep expertise in retail property management and the workflows that ensure dependable, customer-driven execution. Brian is passionate about building strong teams, a strong culture, and an unwavering commitment to the customer at every level of the organization. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, playing golf, and listening to the Grateful Dead.

Charlie Scott

Connor Cella

Connor is a Property Manager at Z3 Real Estate, where he specializes in partnering with landlords that have a national footprint. Before joining Z3, Connor spent seven years as a commercial real estate consultant with Pope Corporation, managing the real estate portfolios for multi-location tenants nationwide. His experience gives him a unique perspective on both landlord and tenant needs, allowing him to deliver exceptional service and strategic solutions. Connor earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a minor in Business from Rice University, where he was a four-year letterman on the football team. Connor is a licensed real estate sales agent in the state of Texas. In his free time, Connor enjoys spending time with family, exercising, traveling, and watching football.

Connor Ducey

Connor joined Z3 in 2022 after six years in public accounting. A licensed CPA, he oversees Z3’s internal accounting and manages financial onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth, positive experience as they begin working with Z3. Outside of work, Connor enjoys playing men’s league soccer and exploring Austin.

Eli Desjardins

Gareth Kohlhausen

Gareth Kohlhausen is a licensed sales agent that oversees Operations for Z3’s Houston portfolio and supports the firm’s Business Development efforts in the region. He works closely with property managers, ownership groups, and Z3 leadership to enhance operational performance, strengthen internal processes, and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience across all Houston assets.

Prior to joining Z3, Gareth spent five years as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini, delivering SAP implementations and global process improvement projects for major clients. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Trinity University in San Antonio. A native Houstonian, Gareth enjoys golfing, pickleball, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Gladys Lantzsch

Gladys is a native Houstonian who has been in the property management industry for 40 years. In her free time she enjoys playing on her bowling league and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Harvey Zinn, Jr.

Harvey Zinn, Jr. graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1993. He went through an extensive training program in community banking that started in the mail room and ended with him earning the role of President of Branch Banking for Southern National Bank of Texas until the bank was sold in 2006. In 2011 Harvey started Latipac Property Management, Inc. Z3 Real Estate Inc. is the next step in a career dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service centered around finance and real estate services for retail properties. Harvey Zinn is a licensed broker in the State of Texas.

Hilary Graham

Hilary joined Z3 in 2016 and has played an integral role in shaping the company from its earliest days. She was born and raised in North Texas where she began her real estate career before moving to Austin. As Chief of Staff, she works across all departments to bring clarity, connection, and operational excellence to the organization. Nearly ten years of experience inside every corner of the business gives her a unique ability to anticipate needs, support teams, and help Z3 run at its very best. Outside of work, you can often find her on a long walk, video gaming, or diving into a new creative project. She enjoys spending time at home with her daughters and watching college football with her husband Joey.

Jack Barna

Jack joined Z3 in 2023. He manages the DFW portfolio. Jack played baseball and graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. While Jack was in college, he served as Vice President of the finance club where we helped manage the schools endowment fund. Jack is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas. During his free time, he enjoys playing golf, working out, and watching sports.

Jeff Zinn

Jeff Zinn joined Z3 in January 2024 with the merger of Latipac Commercial, Inc. with Z3. He has thirty years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in property management and leasing. He graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1994 where he earned a BS in Economics with Financial Applications. He is a licensed real estate Broker in the State of Texas and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1999.

Jenipher Petroski

Jenipher joined the team in 2023 with an extensive background in Public Accounting, Construction and Property Management. Jenipher graduated from Washington State University and obtained her CPA license shortly after. Jenipher is also a US Army Vet. In her free time, she likes to hang out with her husband listening to music, playing backgammon and taking long road trips.

Joey Graham

Joey Graham graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Economics and remains a die-hard South Carolina Gamecocks fan. He began his career in sales before moving into commercial real estate, where he has spent the last decade focused on property management, leasing, brokerage, and client development across Texas and select markets nationwide. As Vice President of Sales at Z-Three Real Estate, Joey leads the firm’s business development efforts and drives brand growth across both existing and emerging markets He is known for building long-term partnerships, solving operational challenges, and helping clients grow and protect the value of their assets. Joey is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas, TREC #688263.

Joey lives in Austin with his wife Hilary, and is a proud dad to daughter Woods and stepdaughter Ellie. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, traveling, and playing golf.

Laura Bastidas

A Staff Accountant with over five years of experience in AP/AR, budgeting, financial reporting, and process improvement. Laura has implemented efficient workflows that reduce errors, improved invoice processing to minimize late fees, and supported accounting for multiple properties with consistent accuracy. Known for her friendly and patient approach, Laura builds strong working relationships and communicates clearly across teams. She studied Mass Communication at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Originally from Caracas, she brings a positive attitude and a strong commitment to quality in everything she does. Outside of work, Laura enjoys baking, watching series, going to the beach, and traveling.

Matthew Zimmardi

Matthew joined Z3 in February 2024. He grew up in Plano, TX and graduated college with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Matthew is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas and previously worked in healthcare for several years. He is committed to delivering top-tier service by going above and beyond for every client. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hiking, and staying active.

Mike Adams

Mike joined Z3 in 2022 and serves as the Facilities Manager for our local properties. Mike was born and raised in Houston and has called Austin home since 1991. He loves to watch basketball, spend time with his daughter, and relax on the lake with friends.

Nick Steidley

Phil Roush

Philip Roush serves as the Facilities Manager for Z3, where he oversees maintenance operations, vendor relationships and coordination, and property compliance across all Z3 locations. He focuses on improving workflows, strengthening communication, and ensuring every property remains safe, efficient, and well-maintained. Outside of work, Philip enjoys playing golf any chance he gets, spending time with his dog Norman, catching live music, and going on date nights with his wife. And when he’s not doing any of those — he’s probably golfing again.

Ryan Ambrose

Ryan Ambrose is an experienced commercial retail property manager with more than a decade of hands-on expertise overseeing retail, office, and mixed-use assets throughout the Texas markets. As Vice President of Property Management at Z3 Real Estate, he leads property operations across a diverse portfolio, ensuring high-quality maintenance standards, strong tenant relationships, and consistent financial performance. Ryan conducts regular site inspections, manages vendor coordination, guides capital projects from bid to completion, and plays an integral role in budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and operating expense oversight. Prior to joining Z3 Real Estate, he held roles in commercial leasing, investment sales, and property operations, gaining broad exposure to development, brokerage, marketing, and market analysis. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a Real Estate concentration from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University and maintains an active Texas real estate license. Born in Austin, he is passionate about the outdoors, spending most of his weekends in South Texas or along the Texas Coast. When he’s not hunting or fishing, Ryan enjoys weekends with his family or serving in the community with Austin Ridge or CK Youth Organization.

Sean Laughlin

Shelby Martin

Shelby joined Z3 at the end of 2025. Shelby graduated from the University of Houston in Spring 2024 with his bachelors degree and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas. Shelby manages properties in Houston, and spends his free time cooking BBQ, watching Football (American and European) or Baseball.

Tim Leon

Tim is originally from Houston, TX and Graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2023. He serves as a Facilities Assistant on the Austin team. In his free time he enjoys playing golf, skiing, and spending time with family.

Todd Glazer

Todd joined Z3 in March 2022 as a Property Manager. He currently manages 28 properties across the Houston area. Todd attended the University of Texas and graduated from the University of Phoenix-Houston with a BS/BA. Prior to jumping into commercial real estate he had a 25 year career as a sales executive in numerous industries. Todd is a native Houstonian who spends all his free time with wife Stacy and their 2 kids Lynley and Landon. He is an avid golfer and is also a die hard sports fan rooting for his Longhorns Astros and Texans.

Tricia Bragg

Wade Graham

With more than 25 years of experience in the maintenance industry, Wade brings deep practical knowledge and a steady, solution-focused approach to his role as Facilities Assistant. He specializes in coordinating the right vendors for every work order, ensuring tasks are handled efficiently, safely, and with dependable quality. Known for his reliability and clear communication, Wade helps keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting both staff and tenants with a professional, friendly touch. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling and spending time with his grandsons, who keep him energized and inspired.

Weathers Graham

Weathers joined Z3 in 2020. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2018 with a degree in Economics. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas and manages properties in Houston. Weathers is an avid CrossFitter and runner, as well as a huge supporter of the Texans, Astros, and Rockets.

Will Forbes

Will joined Z3 in 2022 and serves as the company’s Product Manager, where he focuses on strengthening and scaling Z3’s operational systems. His responsibilities include refining internal processes, improving client-facing services, and supporting the development of new offerings. Outside of work, Will enjoys live music, Dallas sports, and spending time with his dog Denis.

Will Timmerman

Will Timmerman joined Z3 at the beginning of 2022. Will graduated from Texas A&M with his bachelors degree and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas. Will manages properties in Hutto and South Austin, and spends his free time golfing, hunting and supporting the Aggies.
